Loadfile.ru is an informational reference project about files and formats. We do not sell goods and we do not ask visitors for passport details. Part of the service is an optional account with sign-in by code (so you can like posts and leave comments under your own name); for this we process a minimum of data. Below we honestly describe exactly what and why. This document has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
Personal data operator
The operator that determines the purposes and means of processing loadfile.ru users’ data is:
Registration number 08324371 (Republic of Armenia) · TIN 999.110.1585828
KAMAR Business Center, 2 Vazgen Sargsyan St, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia
Phone: +374 44 871 811
For personal data enquiries: law@yusmpgroup.com or via the contacts page.
What data we collect
We do not collect names, addresses or other personal data until you send it to us yourself (for example, in the feedback form). In the background we process only anonymized technical information:
- IP address and approximate region (for statistics and protection against attacks);
- device type, browser and operating system;
- which pages you opened, which page you came from and how much time you spent;
- technical web server logs (needed for diagnosing errors and for security).
Why we use it
The collected data is needed solely to make the site work better:
- to understand which materials are useful and to improve the reference guide;
- to find and fix technical errors and vulnerabilities;
- to assess load and keep the server running stably.
Loadfile does not sell or share the information it collects with third parties for advertising, and does not build user “profiles” for resale.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies and web analytics systems (for example, traffic counters) to distinguish new visitors from returning ones and to see aggregated statistics. This data is anonymized and considered in aggregate rather than per individual.
You can disable or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. This does not affect access to the reference materials — the site will keep working. Learn more about cookies and privacy in our Security section.
Feedback
If you write to us via the contacts page or by e-mail, we receive the data you provide yourself (name, e-mail address, message text). We use it only to reply to you and resolve your issue. We do not add these addresses to mailing lists without your consent.
Account, sign-in by code, likes and comments
Registration is not required: you can read materials and leave comments without an account (for a guest comment you only need to provide a name and text). An account is needed to like posts and comment under your profile. When creating an account and signing in, we process:
- e-mail address — as your login and for sending a one-time sign-in code;
- first and last name (full name) that you provide at your first sign-in;
- gender (male / female) — at your choice;
- profile photo — optional, you can delete it at any time;
- your actions: the list of articles you liked and the comments you left;
- an anonymized hash of your IP and browser parameters — to protect sign-in from bots.
Passwordless sign-in. We do not store passwords. When signing in, a one-time code is sent to the specified e-mail (valid for a few minutes, with a limited number of attempts). After signing in, a technical session cookie is stored in your browser — it does not contain your data in plain form and is deleted when you sign out.
The basis for processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the checkbox before requesting the code (clause 1 of part 1 of article 6 of 152-FZ). Registration is not possible without consent. In your personal account you can correct your data (except the e-mail — it is your login), delete your photo or the whole account. Withdrawing consent entails deletion of the account and related data.
Storage and protection
Technical logs and statistics are stored for a limited time necessary for analysis and security, after which they are deleted or anonymized. We take reasonable protective measures: connection encryption (HTTPS), restricted server access and regular software updates. That said, no website on the internet can guarantee absolute security of data transmission.
The connection to loadfile.ru is protected by an HTTPS certificate — data between your browser and the site is transmitted in encrypted form.
External services and links
On our pages we mention third-party programs and services and sometimes link to them. When you follow an external link, you land on a site to which our policy does not apply — it has its own data-processing rules. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of those resources separately.
Your rights
You have the right to find out what data of yours we hold, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to withdraw consent given earlier. To do so, simply write to the editorial team — we will review your request within a reasonable time.
Changes to the policy
We may update this document to keep it in line with changes in how the site works or in legislation. The current version is always published on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top. We try to mark significant changes clearly.
How to get in touch
